1. The Subscription Service

By joining pavleu renew, you are enrolling in a recurring shipment program. You will receive your selected bodycare products automatically every two (2) months.

2. Automatic Billing & Payment

• Authorization: By signing up, you authorize pavleu to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each two-month cycle.

• Pricing: The price charged will be the price of the product at the time the order is processed, minus any "Renew" member discounts.

• Notice of Change: If the price of your subscription changes, pavleu will provide you with at least 30 days' notice via email before the next charge occurs.

3. Management & Cancellation

We believe in flexibility. You have full control over your subscription through your pavleu account dashboard.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled billing date.

• Pausing/Skipping: If you have enough product, you can choose to "Skip" a delivery or "Pause" your subscription for a specific period without losing your member status.

4. Shipping & Recurring Delivery

• Frequency: Orders are processed every 60 days from your initial sign-up date.

• Address Changes: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is up to date. Address changes must be made 48 hours before the billing date to apply to the current cycle.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Subscription Orders: Because these are recurring "auto-pilot" orders, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

• Defective or Damaged Goods: In accordance with laws of the jurisdiction of purchase. if your product arrives damaged or is not as described, we will provide a replacement or a full refund upon verification.

• Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a product, please contact pavleu customer support within 2 days of delivery to discuss an exchange or store credit.

6. Termination by pavleu

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion (e.g., in cases of payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity). If we discontinue a specific product in your "Renew" plan, we will notify you and suggest a suitable replacement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of purchase.
