• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

Refund Process:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if it meets the return conditions
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
