By starting, you agree to the following :

I am happy to receive dividends and reports every six months (biannual - 6 months), and meet with an investment manager about my investment... i allow my investment to be deployed and understand that when it is being deployed my investment capital withdrawal may be limited, for example: if a real estate property is to be acquired your capital and that of others may be used to do so, dividends are paid when rent is collected or when the real estate asset is sold at a increased value than when initially acquired

 

Minimum investment •

$10,000 minimum investment

 

Fees

A 2% annual portfolio management fee is charged per deposit, 2% per withdrawal after the 12 month period since initial investment

A 5% fee is charge on withdrawals made within 1 year (12 months) of recent current deposits (investments), investors can waive the (5%) withdrawal fee if the withdrawal or cashout is carried out after the 12 month period since the initial investment was made

Waiver •

The $10,000 minimum investment can be waived for a 20% annual portfolio management fee, meaning any amount less than $10,000 but more than $1,000 can be accepted but not at a 2% annual portfolio management fee

Withdrawal

Investors can exit or cash out their investment with a whole or partial withdrawal or at anytime including current investment profit and excluding any investment loss or administrative expenses

Capital deployment

We ensure invested capital is deployed profitably through strategic business investments and acquisitions, investments or deposits can also be sold to pavleu acquisition at a fair market price in exchange for cash, profit dividend payouts or agreeable alternatives

Investors are regularly updated on all relevant progress, sales, acquisitions as often as they happen
